Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Most of what this website provides is free information, but occasionally we may elect to provide digital or physical goods for purchase if we're feeling particularly masochistic that day.
Any information specific to a particular product will be found on its product page, and overrides the general information found on this page.
That all said, as a general rule we strive to provide the highest levels of service to our customers. As such, below is an outline of information for your reference on our shipping, return & refund policies.
Section 1 - Domestic (Canada) Shipping Policy
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.adamtill.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our home location.
Our goal is to to achieve a 100% fill rate on all orders within 48 hours or the order being placed (Mon - Fri). However, occasionally items for sale are subject to special challenges.
If an item or items purchased are on backorder, we will hold the shipment until the order can be shipped in full. If you prefer, we can split the items on your order and ship them separately as they become available.
Generally, we ship via Canada Post to locations within Canada. Standard shipping service levels typically take 3 - 9 business days to transit. Should this not meet your needs, please contact us directly and we'll try to accommodate your request.
Orders ship as a group and according to the longest product lead time. For example, an order including a product with a one day lead time and a product with a one week lead time will ship in one week.
Section 2 - International Shipping
International orders are more of a special request. Customs and other import duties/fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options.

Section 3 - Warranty & Limitation Of Liability
If there is a defect in a product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of the purchase price. AdamTill.com makes no other warranties or conditions including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
There are many factors beyond our control that are uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control, especially when it comes to use of products around animals.
User is solely responsible for evaluating the product and determining whether it is a suitable fit for their particular application.
AdamTill.com will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage related to the use of these products.
Section 4 - Physical Product Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 30 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please include the purchaser's name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Please note that domestic & international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to their place of origin (Calgary, Alberta). This obviously does not apply to digital goods, but we feel like we have to say this regardless (you never know).
Section 5 - Refunds
For physical products, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Digital products may be eligible for refund if you contact us with the reason for your unhappiness with your product. Refunds are at the discretion of the site owner, since returns are obviously not possible with downloaded products.
AdamTill.com reserves the right to change, amend or redact any portion of these policies at any time for any reason. Your particular purchase or transaction will be processed in accordance with what the terms were at the time of your purchase.
Section 6 - European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
